REMNANTS was created in October 2007 to provide fun, functional fashion that is environmentally and economically conscious. All environmental and economic costs are kept to a minimum. All of the handmade bags, fashions, and accessories are created with as many recycled, repurposed, and remnant materials and notions as possible (except where to do so would create an inferior product.)

All of my favorite original designs are part of FIRST NAME BASIS, in which each design is named after the person for whom it was first created or by whom it was inspired.
As part of the ethic of keeping usable materials out of the landfill, I also give used fashions and handbags a new life as RESCUED REMNANTS. Items are repaired and redecorated and ready to start their new and useful life with you!

Love your concept. Mine is the same, only I’m writing about people who are remnants, from spinsterhood, divorce, widowhood, being orphaned…but they are all remnants, ready for new life! The powerful word in their lives is “together.” One strong woman invotes the others to join her, and when they come together, they understand that there is always more to do in life! It’s a Biblical belief that God will save a remnant to carry on! Thanks for your part in the scheme of things! Look up my book, or order one to share!
